LANDLORDS: List apartments with Rent In San Francisco to Find the Right Tenant!
When you are the manager for any number of rental properties, proper advertisement is always important. Every day that an apartment is unoccupied is money lost, so you need to be sure that you can fill vacancies as soon as possible. The features that we provide for our members revolve around the landlords, so we've set up a comprehensive program for delivering your rental properties to the qualified tenants.
Real estate is a difficult business, and it is no different where rentals are concerned. The biggest challenge is in making sure that your ad is visible to the right people; without proper exposure, your properties will go to waste. Our site is viewed by thousands of members every day, and thousands more sign up every week, but it's not enough to have a huge client base. What's more important is that members can customize their searches to find exactly what they're looking for. For the landlords this means less calls from people who know nothing about the property, and more calls from prospective tenants who have viewed the detailed descriptions and have liked the place before they contact you.
Landlord memberships are completely free, and you can post as many properties per account as you like. When you post a listing we will ask a series of questions about the property, such as the location, furnishings, pet-allowances, etc. Each rental unit that you post can also have up to 12 photos attached to it, along with a full-text description. By allowing you to post as much information as possible, we make sure that all of your properties that you have listed for rent are rented as soon as possible.
In addition to the rental listings, we also offer additional landlord services as part of a standard account. We maintain a large library of landlord forms and helpful links to make your job easier. Fill-and-print forms exist for such common pieces of paperwork as leases, notifications of rent increase, 30-day notices, and much more.
All changes that you make to any of your listings are published immediately, including requests to de-activate listings so that you don't receive any more unwanted calls once a property has been rented. You can keep properties active in the listings by refreshing any listings weekly, and de-activate a rental listing, effectively placing an ad on hold, which is very useful if you rent out large numbers of apartments in the same complex or subdivision.
Just taking care of the property management can be a full-time job by itself, so leave the advertising to us!
