We have a staff of rental agents who process and post hundreds of new listings every day, so new ads are constantly being posted. All of the listings in out database are guaranteed to be current to, at a bare minimum, two weeks, since we automatically remove listings that are 14 days old, unless the landlord logs in and refreshes the listing. We also make phone calls to check on the availability of many of our listings to see if they are currently available. We keep a real-time counter on our homepage which shows the rentals that have been submitted and validated this week.
