Some of the properties that we list are Section 8 compliant. If a landlord does take part in the Section 8 program, they usually add that keyword to the description of the property, so a keyword search for 'Section 8' will usually yield some results.

Landlords that have signed up for Section 8 are taking part of a government housing program, in which government funding is spent to provide housing for needy families.
