A large percentage of the apartments that are listed do not claim that they will admit pets, but that decision is entirely up to the landlord. Many will not compromise on pet allowances, but some can be persuaded to permit a pet if you offer to pay an additional pet deposit, or can provide a letter of recommendation from a previous landlord.
