The rate at which apartments are rented out changes throughout the year: for example, apartments that are located near schools are usually taken very quickly during the beginning of school semesters.

We automatically show you the most recent rentals to minimize the number of calls that you will have to make to find a good apartment, and we also remove any listings that have been in our database for 2 weeks without being refreshed by the landlord to prevent old ads from remaining in the database indefinitely if the landlord forgets.
