Why should I upgrade my ad visibility?

By default, standard listings that come with the free landlord account are available to all tenant members in the search engine. However, there is also a search engine for guests which can be search for free, and at no obligation which returns the information from three listings. Many of our members used the Guest Search before joining as a way to preview the service, and many more people find an apartment using ONLY the results from the Guest Search. The Guest Search pulls its results mainly from listings that were posted by an upgraded account. In addition to that, we tend to use ads from upgraded accounts more often when publishing ads in the newspapers and other print media.

So, when you upgrade your account, your ads will receive many more hits than they normally would with the standard free account. You are almost guaranteed to find a tenant in short order using the standard free account, but the account upgrade can really benefit you if you have properties that you need to rent quickly, or if you post a large number of listings.
