What is the process for posting or updating an ad once I have set up an account?

When you log into the Landlords Control Center you will be presented with a list of your current properties if you have posted anything yet, and you will be given the option to submit a new listing from here. There is no limit to the number of ads that you can have active at a time.

If you want to change an existing ad, click on the Update button next to one of the existing listings. The information that you supplied when you posted the ad will be made available for editing.

The ad form will ask you a series of questions about the features of the property. Fill out the form, making sure to check in all of the features of the property. There is also a text box where you can write a short description of the property. If there are any features of the apartment that we do not have an option for already, such as 'fresh paint', be sure to write them in here, as tenants have the ability to search for specific keywords in the property descriptions.

If you have pictures of the property you can upload them and attach them to the ad by clicking the Add Photos button. Each listing can have up to 8 color photos attached to it, and we encourage you to post as many as you can. Pictures make an ad much more appealing to someone who is searching, and will result in many more hits.

We validate all of our listings to make the process as easy as possible for the tenants that use our services, so your listing will take approximately 1/2 an hour before it is added to the live listings.
