How can I make my ads the most attractive to candidate tenants?

The first thing that you can do to make your account rank higher in the searches is to log in and refresh the listing every few days, as our search engine automatically shows the most recently active listings first when a user runs a search. Having multiple pictures of the property makes the ad much more appealing, so add as many pictures as you can. Users can search through the full-text descriptions that you write up for the properties, so be sure to write in anything that you can think of that defines the property.

If you want more visibility for your ads, we suggest upgrading your account visibility. Upgrading your account is a one-time process, and can be done straight from the Landlords Center. By upgrading your account you make your properties available to Guest Searches as well as Member Searches, and your properties will automatically be placed at the top of the search results.
