Should I delete ads after the property is no longer available?

If you would like to list an ad again in the future, or if you have several similar properties, such as in a large apartment building, you should deactivate your ad instead of deleting it. Deactivated ads are not viewable by members, which will reduce the amount of calls that you have to receive for the now-unavailable property, but you can also reactivate an ad that has been deactivated at any time.

If you do not keep up with the ads and refresh them within 14 days of the date that they were posted on, the ad will automatically be removed from the database. We remove ads that have not been updated for more than 2 weeks to reduce the number of potentially dead listings.
