You can set up a Landlord account and post as many ads as you like, completely free of charge. The ads that you post will be viewable by all members, and are fully indexed for searching. We also pull ads at random from our listing database to be published in print and magazine ads.

If you want more exposure for your properties, you can upgrade your account for a one-time charge which will make your properties viewable by guest members who are making use of the free Guest Search; a service that receives tens of thousands of hits every week. Upgraded accounts will also have their properties listed on our other online storefronts, such as our Yahoo marketplace.
